Uniform
Please ensure ALL items brought into school (including coats and shoes) are clearly labelled.
| Winter | Scarlet sweatshirts or cardigans with grey trousers or skirts and white polo shirts. |
| Summer | Red and white checked dresses, or grey shorts and white polo shirts. |
| Footwear | Children should wear black shoes, with socks. Shoes should be able to be fastened, no slip on shoes. Sandals or open toed shoes are not permitted. |
| PE Kit | For Years 1 and 2 red shorts, plain white round necked t-shirt, plimsolls or trainers (tracksuit bottom and jumper for colder weather). PE days are Tuesdays for both year groups and Thursdays for Year 1 and Friday for Year 2. |
| Year R | Will require a set of waterproofs and wellington boots to be left in school. |
| Jewellery | Children shouldn’t wear jewellery into school. The only permitted items are stud earrings which must be removed or covered with tape for PE. |
| Hair | Long hair should be tied back when children are in school. |
| Coats & Hats | Children should have outerwear with them which suits the weather for the day, eg: a warm coat when it is cold and a waterproof one when it is wet. The same applies for hats, eg: a woollen one when it is cold and a sunhat during the summer term. |
| Bags | We ask that children bring a bookbag into school not a rucksack due to storage space in classrooms. |
If your child would like to wear a polo shirt, cardigan, sweatshirt or book bag bearing the school logo these can be obtained from either Marks and Spencer online or Skoolkit in Fareham.
CHIPS run a regular Uniform Shop which gives parents the chance to buy quality pre-loved items for a small donation. Uniform Shop opening dates will be sent out via ARbor and put up in school noticeboards.
